Session Rate
My fee is $175 for a 55-minute session. This reflects:
My extensive training and credentials:
Licensed Psychotherapist
Registered, Board-Certified Art Therapist
Trained Sandplay Therapist
Trained Psychedelic Assisted Therapist
Professional expenses including art and sandplay materials
20 years of expertise with specialized modalities and on-going continuing education to better treat and support you
You can feel confident that this rate reflects the quality of guidance and support you’ll receive.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late cancellation/no-show fee equal to your regular session rate. Exceptions are made for emergencies or sudden illness. If you're feeling unwell or can’t travel, we can meet online instead of in person.
Do I Have to Make Art?
Not at all.
While I may suggest creative approaches when they may be helpful, we can also work exclusively through talk therapy. I'm trained in verbal modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and will always honor your comfort level.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
This varies from person to person.
If you're seeking short-term support, we can discuss a brief treatment plan if it's clinically appropriate.
Many factors affect the number of sessions, such as:
Your goals
The nature of your concerns
The pace at which you process
Our evolving therapeutic relationship
Open, ongoing communication will ensure your therapy is tailored to meet your needs—whether short or long term.
Do You Offer Virtual Sessions?
Yes!
I see clients both in person and online through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
For Art Therapy, in-person sessions are ideal, but we can absolutely incorporate art into virtual sessions with a few basic supplies on your end.
I also welcome clients to alternate between online and in-person as needed.
COVID-19 Policy
Currently, masks are not required in the office.
I do ask that you:
Meet online if you're COVID-positive or have had recent exposure (within 14 days)
Wear a mask if you have any symptoms of illness
I’ll follow the same policies for myself.
During times of increased risk (e.g., positivity rates above 5%), I may reinstate mask and symptom-checking protocols. You're always welcome to wear a mask at any time for your own comfort.
Still Have Questions?
Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I aim to return all calls and emails within 1-2 business days.
